Hi folks,

I added an upload form that should fix a lot of the problems of the previous form. From now on please upload replays on the Upload Replay page found in the menu on the top of this page. Do not upload any replays that you already have on the old directory. If you have any old replays for this month (June) that you didn’t upload on the old directory, upload them here.

Thank you,
Vartan

Hi folks,

The Roxolani Riders are now excepted from the Unit Duplication Limit table listed on our rule page. Rather than what the table would indicate, players are now allowed four (4) maximum of Rauxsa-alanna Baexdzhyntae (Roxolani Riders).

Happy gaming,
Vartan

Our EDU editor gamegeek2 has released a hotfix to EDU 3.1. Calling it 3.1a, I’ve packaged it as usual and have it available for download from the site now. Changes specific to 3.1a are documented by gg2 and included as a text file.

Greetings warriors,

As you may very well know, LogMeIn Hamachi has been on a downward slope when it comes to the number of slots in its free networks (from 16 to 8, and now to 5). This, of course, would make 2v2 the largest battle we could hold, with no room for even another 1v1. Thanks to our very own Brave Sir Robin (also gave us Saka for EDU 3.1), we now have a 32-slot network for EBO. Needless to say, please leave the network when you are done using it. Thank you and have fun gaming.

Network ID: 100-792-846
Password: eb

Best wishes,
Vartan

Note: The new network means I’ll no longer need players to register with me, but we still want you to be considerate of others by leaving the network (remember, exiting Hamachi is not equivalent to releasing your seat on the network).

Hello friends,

Coming at you today with what you have been waiting for: EBO MP EDU 3.1. Taking the original 3.0 build 1001d hotfix by Shak and adding the missing faction of Saka, we give you EBO MP EDU 3.1, now official. You may download it using the link below.

Special thanks to Brave Sir Robin for notifying me of the completion of this much awaited EDU.

Best,
Vartan

Hi y’all,

We’ve been having offline players clogging the networks recently, and it is especially problematic as I have been quite busy lately with school and other work. To combat this issue I am resorting to the following method. What I am doing is resetting the passwords for the main and auxiliary networks we run on Hamachi for EB Online. You will have to register with me in order to play. Do this by PMing me (vartan) at the Guild forum or at the TWC forum (mamik_yev_konak) so I can send you the password.

This is how it will work. Any and every time I go to the Hamachi site to purge the networks of any offline users, I will refresh the site in roughly five minutes. This is to allow people who have just signed off to leave the networks. If after five minutes the same offline users have not left the networks, I will assume they are completely away from the computer and have refused or forgotten to leave the networks. I will record their names down in a journal. Once any player’s name has been recorded three times, I will reset the passwords to both the networks once again. For your convenience, I will be keeping track of all the registered players. So you will not have to re-register with me. I will send out a mailing list (by PM on the forum) with the new passwords to everyone except the three-time violator. He or she will have to wait two weeks to receive my PM. Obviously nobody is allowed to tell anyone else the password. Please help me help you by not telling the password to anyone.

Thank you and have a great weekend.

UPDATE: Thanks to Brave Sir Robin’s new network (32 slots), we will not be needing players to register any longer. Thank you.

Hi all,

Just making a brief announcement on some additions. Firstly, I’ve added IRC chat to the site, and you can access it from the menu on the top of the page. To be frank, it’s a way for me to access the players when I’m online without having to connect to the Hamachi game networks (those precious slots!).

Voice chat isn’t something we’ve used, but it’s common for many games. I use it personally when I play games such as League of Legends, and others. So I’ve created a channel on Dolby’s free Axon voice chat software. You can invite one another but I need to invite at least one person to get the chain going (people cannot just enter the channel). Search either “vartan” or “malotes” without quotes and you’ll find me (add me and I’ll invite you; vartan is my display name, malotes is my actual username).

Finally, I added a downloads page that will contain all major downloads that I host on this website. You can find it under the “Getting Started” dropdown on the menu up top.

All the best,

Vartan
